Question for Pokemon Ruby

Coule someone help with these...

1. Where is Mirage Island? I have a AR and entered the code: "Mirage Island always on route 30" But I can't find it!

2.Is it true that you can change the time on Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire by Pressing: Down+Select+B at the same time?

3. I have somthing wrong with my game. On the TV shows it always sais bad stuff... It's getting annoying! Please help me! Why is it doing it?

1) There is no route 30 in the game!

2) No.

3) Probably the side effect to your ar code.
