Hey, Before I start asking anything I would like to thank 2 members of..

1. Hmmm... I believe the only way to get an Eevee for Ruby is trade from Fire Red/ Leaf Green or cheats. I never got one on mine.

2. The Sky Pillar.

3. When you get up to the Sky Pillar, there will be some cracks that you need to cross using the Mach Bike. If you don't have that one go trade the other one for it in Mauville.

4. I'm not sure 'bout that one. My guess is somewhere 'round 30-36. If not, it will be 40. If still not, 55-60. I only work on my FR Pokedex an' haven't gotten to that one yet.

1) Not unless you trade.
2) Go to the top of Sky pillar and Rayquaza will be there. Sky pillar appears on route 131 after beating the Pokemon league.
3) In sky pillar ther is some crack ground you can fall through. By using the Mach bike you can quickly ride over the cracks before they break.
4) Duskull evolves into Dusclops at level 37.

1) You can, through trading from LG/FR, or using a cheat device.

2) Rayquaza, ok first you must defeat the elite four. Then go to Paciflidog town and surf right at the top of your screen, staying in line with rocks. You will notice the rocks begin to go up and this makes a little trail. Follow the route and it takes you to the sky pillar. Get through the sky pillar, make sure you have a mach bike! And once you're at the top, rayquaza will be waiting.

3) Cracked ground? Only thing I can think of is the puzzle in the sky pillar, use a mach bike.


4) Level 37, not far off.

2. In the Sky Pillar on the top floor.
3. After you beat the Elite 4, the Sky Pillar will appear near Pacifidlog Town. The cracked floor will break away and you will fall onto the previous floor. You need a Mach Bike to get across.
4. Duskull regularly evolves at level 37.

2) Go to Pacifidlog and surf a little bit to the right, go up and you'll see sky pillar. Using a Mach Bike, try your luck and go up...avoiding the falling...then when you get to the top...rayquaza would be there!

3) I dunno...

4) Between levels 33 and 40...

1) Trade Eevee from Fire red.
2)after you beat the Pokemon league go to the sky pillar in between picifigog town ( mine my spelling.) and ever grande city.
3)its like these cracks in the ground and you can only step on it once.
4)he evolves at level 37

1. You can get an Eevee. Go to the place with the orbs are (by Mt.Pyre) and walk in the grass outside you'll find it eventually.
