Question for Pokemon Ruby

Like I need the direction it is in my pc so I know that I need a mach Bike. & one more thing Latios is not appearing to me I have defeated the Elite 4 once. Ur's The master

Go to the bike shop in Mauville beside the Pokecenter to get the Mach Bike.

Just keep walkin' 'round an' he will randomly appear. There isn't a specific time or area, just random. After you see him once, you can track him with the Pokedex.

Go back to your house and press A on the TV. There will be a report on Latios. Now you cn find it in the wild. It is very rare to find so don't get annoyed if you still can't find it.

I don't get the first bit of your question but Latios can appear any where he is like the lengendary dogs.

After you beat the Pokemon league did you look at the tv it would say a blue Pokemon has appered or something.

The Mach Bike is in that bike shop guy's house. You can also go there to switch your bikes. Latios takes forever to find because he runs away like the legendary dogs. I spent hours and hours trying to find him...
