Can somebody please tell me where the SKY PILLAR is and what pokemon can be found there?

If you defeated the Elite Four and Steven, Sky Pillar will appear on Route 131. The following can be found there:

Mawile (if you're playing Ruby)
Dusclops (if you're playing Ruby)
Sableye (if you're playing Sapphire)
Banette (if you're playing Sapphire)
Claydol
Golbat
Altaria (fifth floor)
Rayquaza (top level, level 70, knows Fly, Extremespeed, Rest, and Outrage)

Hey!
Sky Pillar is on Route 131. I think Altria, Golbat, Dunsclaps can be found there.

Hey this Duane3.0 here. First off if you want to get to the sky pillar you have to beat the elite four. On route 131 while using surf you'll find an island with the sky pillar on it if you have beaten the elite four.

WARNING you will need a mach bike to get to the top. You should be very good around turning without running into a wall or something. At the top there is the one of a kind dragon type Rayquaza. He is very tough and is at 70th level. Make sure you are prepared to capture him.
