Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hello,
Can you help me with this game by answering as many questions of these as possible!!!

1. Where can I find Relicanth?
2. How can you get 5 stars on my trainers card?
3. I have RAYQUAZA, GROUDON, LATIOS and SALAMENCE but what other rare pok�mon could I catch that are powerful?

1. Routes 124-126 on the ocean floor.
2. Beating the Pok�mon League, catching all 202 Pok�mon, beating the Battle Tower 50 times in a row, beating the Battle Tower 100 times in a row, defeating all 70 trainers.
3. There's Regice, Registeel, Regirock, Latias, and Kyogre..

1. Just outside Sootopolis on the ocean floor. You run around on the underwater grass (I guess you could call it seaweed...) and run into it, fight it, and capture it.
2. I have no idea. ^^"
3. Well there's Latias, Kyogre, Jirachi, and Deoxys for starters...

2) Beat the Pokemon league, defeat all 70 trainers, win all contests at master rank, complete pokedex and win battle tower 100 times.
3) Kyogre, Regirock, Regice, Registeel, Jirachi, Deoxys.
