How do people catch Pokemon at like the end of the game(eg. Spheal at mossdeep..

Just spend ages in the wild and against trainers, or put in the day care. Or use lots of rare candy.

I'd suggest you would interviewers again and again.they switch places everytime you win a battle against them.trust me.my Pokemon haven't deafeted the elite four(beause I haven't tried :P)but at a very nice level (to me).

It depends what you mean. If you mean location, it depends on the Pok�mon. If you mean literally how to catch them, weaken them and use an Ultra Ball so you have a better chance of catching them.

You need to train them as hard as you trainde your other Pok�mon. Or you can simply use Rare Candy.

What they probably did was train alot or used a cheat.

I'm not getting what your saying but I might be able to help, Catch Pokemon at the end of the game simply just walk around in a cave or grass a Pokemon will pop out and battle you, if you have a pok'e ball then that or an ultraball would do.

They either spent eons training, or used an action replay or gameshark.

I trained mine hard, and I did use a couple of Rare Candy's.
My Blazeken is at a level you wouldn't believe! My Blazeken is almost at LEVEL 80! (LEVEL 80 is actually the exact LEVEL)

Word of advice: Train your Pokemon and, Whenever you have RARE CANDY'S, use them, except for certain situations.
