Question for Pokemon Ruby

1.Is it true that there are such Action Replay codes like, "Have all base decorations in Pc...." and stuff like that? If you have an answer, well, answer.
2. Is there such thing as a Wish Tag?
3. Where is Southern Island?

1: Of course,if you want,I could submit the all secret base items codes.NOONE HERE KNOWS HOW MANY AR CODES I KNOW!

2:I think so,tell ya what,if you get Action Replay,check on the item codes to see if there such a thing,only item missing is the heart scale.Which I know the AR codes for the heart scale.

3:I'm guessing you have an e-reader,right.Well,with the e-reader,scan the e-reader card and talk to the lady in lilycove.You will use the eon ticket which you got from the e-reader,scan the eon ticket.You will have the eon ticket in your game.Go to the ferry,talk to the lady,ride the boat to southern island.You can only go their once!The Action Replay eon ticket you got,will not work for some reason!

3. You can only get there by getting the eon ticket, putting in another code to get there (forgot where I put it) and there is another where you can keep batteling latios.
