Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hi, I have got a few questions:
1. Where can I find the Shard collector?
2. How can one get up the plateaus in the Shoal Island cave to get the shiny blue items?
3. What are mystery events?
4. Where can I get ditto and the female gyrados?
5.I would be obliged if someone would send a list of the Pokemon and at what levels they evolve.
6.How to become a 5-star trainer?
7. When will my Rayquaza learn Dragon Claw?
8. Some of my Pokemon cannot eat pokeblocks anymore- how do you feed any Pokemon pokeblocks such that it attains the maximum level in each of the 5 characteristics ?

I only know a few of the answers so here I go:

1. To the left of Mossdeep City in a house.
2. You need to keep going back and the water level will rise so you can get the shells too.
3. Those are if you have Mystery Gift (type in the words "LINK TOGETHER WITH ALL" at a Pokemart survey) and another person has one or more of the secret tickets (cheats or Nintendo Events, USA only).
4. Ditto, I can't remember right now but you can check your Pokedex. Gyarados just go to whaerever you catch a Gyarados at and wait until you hook a girl.
5. Not going to happen. Takes too long.
6. I'm not quite sure myself. Do everything possible like getting tons, and I mean tons, of eggs and hatching them, plus beating the E4 a bunch, and again I mean that. Those are just examples. There are more I think.
7. You must teach it Dragon Claw with TM or by the Move Tutor in Fallabor with a Heart Scale. Either that or he learns it at 75. I can't remember.
8. You need to feed them the Pokeblocks evenly. One can't have more feel than another or give them more of one type that another. Make sure you only give them one of each color then go back through and do it a bunch until maxed. That is very hard to accomplish since all pokeblocks are somehow different and you often mix two colors in one block.

1. Route 124.
2. When there is a high tide.
3. 4. Ditto can only be retrieved through trading or a cheat device. To get a female Gyrados, catch a female Magikarp.
5. Search on the net, it's much easier.
6. Beat the Pok�mon League, catch all 202 Pok�mon, beat the Battle Tower 50 times in a row, beat the Battle Tower 100 times in a row, defeat all 70 trainers in the game.
7. It regularly learns it in level 20, but it doesn't know the move when you catch it.
8. If it will not eat anymore Pok�blocks, it won't be able to anymore.

3. You can get items and stuff from them
4. Ditto is not availoable in ruby, only in fire red/leaf green. Gyrados, just fish
5. Don't have the time sorry. Go to pokemonelite2000.com
6. Complete pokedex, defeat Pokemon league, win all five contests at master rank, I forget the other two sorry
7. You have to teach it.
8. You can't sorry, just give thenm pokeblocks that raise the stats a lot.

2.you need to wait until 6:45 or something in your game.

7.If it does know it when you catch it go to the move tutor and let him teach it.
8. It is hard to get it even but you need to find the right pokeblok and make a lot

Sorry friend if I can only answer one of your q's, the platraus come every other time you go into the cave .
