I've heard a few people say you breed one Pokemon with another Pokemon the baby may have one of the males attack. Can you breed any Pokemon and the baby may have the males attack?
Eg. Garados(male), hydro pump, water gun, tackle, hyper beam+ Bagon(female)=Bagon with hydro pump.

Yes that does work for Gyrados and Bagon and for some more. I don't know if it works all the time.
Well now i'm going to give an example.
I mate things with Ditto's. I mated it with My Charizard. The Charizard had Overheat, Fire Blast, Dragon Claw and Eartquake. The Charmender, when hatched, had OH, FB, DC and a different move 'cause it couldn't do EQ.
Hope that helped. If the baby form can do the moves the father monster has, any or all of them it will be born with.

Not all Pokmon can breed together. Only certain types. Yes, the offspring may learn attacks that the male Pokmon knows.
Yes you can do that with Garados and Bagon but not with all pokemon.
Well here this will help...
Get a female Bagon, and a male Bagon, take them to a day care, then wonder around for about 10 or more minutes, talk to the old man he will give you an egg, and in side will be a Bagon, mixed with male's attacks and female attacks, also at least one of it's nature's attack.
