Question for Pokemon Ruby

How do Get a Jirachi? And a Deoxy? And Latias? And Latios? (Those are the ONLY pokemon I haven't caught. ._0)

There are 3 ways to get jirachi that i'm pretty sure of. 1:Go to the moon on sapphire from mossdeep space center and catch him.2:Get all pokemon and go to the game designer in lilycove and he'll give it to you.3: transfer it from pokemon colleseum bonus disk. Deoxys: Go to the moon in ruby.Latias/latios.In ruby you get latios and in sapphire you get latias. Beat the pokemon league and go near mauville and search for a long time.

You can get Jirachi and Deoxy by using an Action Replay and typing the codes.
