Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hi all, fireblaster here again, need some help, preferably from cross stinger.

Firstly, is it possible to go to the moon to catch Deoxys? And if so, how do you get the guy in the space center to say "The rocket launched safely, that's successful launch number ...?

Also, how do youget into the Man's back garden in mossdeep?

Next, how do you get to mirage Island, I heard a Wynaut gives you better chance but with my luck it's impossible!

And almost Finally, can you get to the southern islands in any way, and if so what is there and do you need a cheat from Nintendo and Gamefreak??

I finally have a question, so cross stinger or any other poke'maniac please help me with this man!

As for your Deoxys question, I do not believe that you can access a moon field and encounter Deoxys, but nobody has any legitimate proof…yet. Rumors state that the scientist will invite your character on board a lunar mission once one hundred successful launches have been executed, and the launch count at the Space Center rises by one per week that the game has been stored. (The count restarts if the game is deleted.) Neither am I sure of how to get to Mirage Island — I did the no-experience trick and that was ineffective, but I looked at the Pokémon UK (http://www.pkmn.co.uk/) domain and consulted the Mirage Island tab, and it stated a method that involved a stat margin between genders of a Pokémon are involved; I haven't figured that out, but it seems like a neuter Pokémon — Magnemite, Magneton, Voltorb, Electrode, Castform, Regirock, Kyogre, Rayquaza, Jirachi, et cetera — can't be in the party, and neither can Volbeat or Illumise because they occur in strict gender frequency (each appears in one fixed gender). When I work it out, I'll say more.

But the questions about Mossdeep and the Southern Island are simple. Remember the Battle Card you got in your Ruby or Sapphire box? If you connect your Game Boy Advance with Ruby or Sapphire inside to another with the E-Reader, activate Mystery Events, and swipe the Battle Card through the E-Reader, a dialog box will come up on the Ruby or Sapphire screen, saying, "A new trainer has arrived in Hoenn." Go straight to that house in Mossdeep. The man will be in front of the door. If you say yes, the trainer on the Battle Card will emerge from the door and challenge you to battle.

Do the same thing as above to get to Southern Island, but with the Eon Ticket. (You can get one in some Nintendo Power insert.) A dialog box will come up on Ruby or Sapphire saying, "Go see your Dad in Petalburg." Unless you used Gameshark or Action Replay to acquire the Ticket, talk to Norman in his Gym and he will give it to you. Take that ticket to Lilycove's ferry manager after you get your Ultra Balls, and the S.S. Tidal will ship you to Southern Island. Once you disembark, save up, because you can do this only once. After saving, go into the thicket and press A in front of the monument. Latias (Ruby) or Latios (Sapphire) will materialize, challenging you to battle.
