PLEASE can someone be more precise about where red, blue and green shards are and how to find them and a lightning stone.

Some shards and other treasure (crap) can be found by diving.
Once at the bottom look for darker patches in the grass and press A on them and you should get a few shards.
They are underwater. The closest ones are just in Dive spots by Mossdeep. They are what you trade to get all the same colored stone.

Red blue and green shards are found near sootopolis under water in little sand pile things, scattered all aound the route. I dunno about lightening stones
They are found by diving in the water around mosdeep city, near the shard collectors house.
