Question for Pokemon Ruby

I just caught my vulpix so don't make fun of it's attacks just please suggest some better ones.

I know I asked this before, but I just caught some new Pokemon and I beat Winona. I need to know what Pokemon I should use to fight the next battle.

Here is my team:

Aron lv 23
Metal Claw
Rock Smash
Iron Defense
Roar

Breloom lv 26
Hyper Beam
Flash
Leech Seed
Mach Punch

Manectric lv 27
Shock Wave
Thunder
Hyper Beam
Thunderbolt

Vulpix lv 27
Quick Attack
Will-O-Wisp
Confuse Ray
Imprison
(When should I evolve my Vulpix?)

Vibrava lv 35
Dragonbreath
Fly
Rock Tomb
Dig

Marshtomp lv 35
Take Down
Mud Shot
Blizzard
Surf

Please also suggest some moves, Pokemon, and how many levels I should gain, because I really want to beat this gym leader. Thanks!!!!! = ]

Make fun of your Vulpix's moves? They're actually okay, but when you get to Lilycove city go to the Department Store and buy a Fire Blast TM (TM38) and teach it Vulpix. If you have fire stone then it would be wise to evolve it at around level 30.

Okay, now onto the team. If you want to have a chance of beating Tate And Liza (the Mossdeep Gym Leaders) then all your Pokemon have to be at least level 35.

Your Marshtomp should have evolved ages ago. My starter Pokemon evolved into it's final form during the battle with the fourth Gym leader, but I expect it's not entirely your fault, because you've been catching other Pokemon and training them up too.

When you give the TM38 to Vulpix get rid of Imprison for it. Imprison cannot help much in battle, I've learned that from experience. All the other pokemon's attacks are great.

Aron's about as good as it can get for now. Maybe teach it Brick Break or Secret Power if you can yet.

Breloom could do some Brick Breakin' too. Better than Flash.

Manectric has too many thunder moves. 2 is the ultimate limit. Cut out Thunder for a basic like SP or BB.

Vulpix also could use a basic move until somethin' better comes. Dig may be a goos one to teach him for now. Evolve him as soon as possible 'cause he gets much stronger but grows slower.

Vibrava is good for now.

Marshstomp is also good for now.

At least get them all to 30. She's not that hard if you know what you are doin'.

You can evolve your vulpix whenever you want as long as you have a fire stone but I recomend after lv29 so it can learn Flamethrower.
