Question for Pokemon Ruby

The guy who answered was wroneg and can some one who knows it.here is the question.

I got the eon ticket from an action replay and it dosn't work.

You need the code to access to talk to the captain. Look in the Walkthroughs or ask in the Pok�mon Ruby forums.
