That is false. You cannot get 99 Master Balls in this game without a cheat device.
It is not true. The only way to obtain an extra Masterball is to match all your Pokemon ID numbers at the Lilycove lottery. Then the lady behind the counter will give you ONE master ball. It has nothing to do with the Regis.
