Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hello again. What is this National Pokedex I keep hearing about? I've read almost everything about Leaf Green and Fire Red, and I don't remember it. I do know you will be able to trade between the four games ( Ruby,Sapphire, Leaf Green, and Fire Red). I must research.

Why is Feebas such a pain in the @ss to catch?? I still haven't got him! Any help would be appreciated, particularly from Cross Stinger. I applaud you. You've helped the most of all. Thanks :o)

Alright Weedster, I'll try to explain the National Pokedex.

You know how if you get bayleef in Ruby version it doesn't appear in the Pokedex?

Well, to solve that problem you need the National Pokedex.

The National Pokedex has data on EVERY SINGLE POKEMON, EVEN DEOXYS!

To get the N.T. in Fire Red and Leaf Green,beat the elite 4 and have at least 60 pokemon in your pokedex.

You can trade once you have either the ruby/sapphire plate from the team rocket base located on rainbow island 1 .
