Question for Pokemon Ruby

Ok I need some answers.
1) where do you find jigglypuff?
2)how do you evolve seadra, pinsir, azurill and pichu?

Jigglypuff can be found by surfing north from a beach near to the rustboro end of meteor falls. Find the grass on the new piece of land and look for the singing ball. Find a male and a female and breed them at the daycare for igglybuff.

As for the evolutions, give seadra a dragon scale and trade it. Pinsir does NOT evolve and azurill and pichu need to be happy to evolve. I suggest giving them pokeblocks and items.

1. Jigglypuff is found in Route 115.
2. Evolve Seadra by making it hold Dragon Scale and trade it. Pinsir does not evolve.Azurill and Pichu evolve with friendship.

Jigglypuff is on Route 115 (in the area beyond the section of the sea in the far northwest), Pinsir doesn't evolve, Seadra evolves when traded with a Dragon Scale attached, and Azurill and Pichu evolve when their happiness peaks.

1) You have to go to Rustboro and go up until you go off the path and hit grass and ledges. Go through there and turn left and you should see some stairs.

Go down them and surf up as far as you can go and hit a little bit of land and stairs. So up those and there should be a bid tree on the left and a guy pacing around on the right go up and to the left until you fin grass and that's how you find jigglypuff!

2) To evolve Seadra you have to trade with a dragin scale, Pinsir doesn't evolve, azurill has to be friendly and like you a lot and pichu has to be made friendly and raised one level and so does azurill
