How do I change my trendy saying? I'm stuck on WEAKEND DATE.

Well, it's not that hard. You have to got to one of the Pokemon Centres in Hoenn (sorry, I'm not sure which) and talk to one of the people there.

They'll ask you for a new saying, and you can tell them what you want. See ya!

Fly to Dewford and talk to the guy under the hall where everybody is talking about the trendy saying. He will ask you if the current trendy saying (in your case WEAKEND DATE) is popular everywhere. Say no and he will allow you to change the saying.
