Question for Pokemon Ruby

Where can you catch charmander or charmeleon, or even charizard and the same for venosaur and blastoise.

All you guys are talking about what moves they learn and it's making me confused. Where do you catch Bagon I can't find it in meteor cave.

These things are really bugging me so plese PLEASE answer.

You can't catch Charmander and the other pok�mon in Ruby and Sapphire.

(Be sure to bring surf and waterfall, and if you are smart use max repels!)

For Bagon,

Near the southern entrance there is water surf onto it and get on the waterfall,
There is a room go into that room, the are stairs go onto the stairs, go down and then left, then go up, and get onto the stairs, beat the old couple.

Then go up the 4 stairs, beat the Dragon Tamer, go down and left as much as possible, there are stairs down, go down the stairs, and then surf onto the water, and north there is a room, north of that room is an TM. On that piece of ground you can catch Bagon!
