Question for Pokemon Ruby

I need a nosepass to complete the national pokedex and it says that it is in the cave in Dewford town, but I checked for hours and looked in every place and I couldn't find one anywhere so can you help me out and tell me how to get one please.

Nosepass can only be found at night and only by using Rocksmash. It is super rare. I know, I looked for one weeks and still couldn't find one, so it probrably be better to use a AR to catch one.

You need to use Rock Smash on the rocks inside, it'll appear sooner or later.

You get it by getting a low level Pokemon (lv5) put it first in your set then use rock smash on the rocks eventually you will find one

I have found one in the ocean above that cave. They can also be found by smashing rocks in the area.

You have to use rock smash on the rocks in the cave, If you don't get him just exit the room and come back and the rocks will be there again. Repeat this to get a nosepass.

Use rock smash on one of the rocks in dewford cave. nosepass will be under one.
