Question for Pokemon Ruby

Are elixirs only found and can't be bought bescause when I verse the elite 4 I run out of pp and can you tell me where a couple are ASAP.

Just use the berry that restores 10 pp. I think it's the chesto but I'm not sure.

Beat the current record length of either Shroomish or Borboach at the house in Sootopilis with the two brothers. It isn't hard the first time you try.
