I have 2 questions;
1. I have got a silver trainer card and done everything but win 1 contest which is beauty the weird thing is that when I win it the artist dose not come out and paint my picture.
2. How do you catch jirachi without going to a nitendo event or having the bonus disk from Pokemon colloseum, but if anyone has codes for it on the xploder sp can you tell me them.

I have an answer to the first question. In order to have the artist paint your picture, you have to win the contest and in the final results screen have five hearts total from the appeal section of the contest.
I will answer your 1 question...
To get jarachi you need a 5 star trainer card then go to the space center in Mossdeep City,a guy will ask you do you want to go to space then say YES and then go and look for him...^_^
