I am stuck in lilycove city

Let me recount the events...

1. Before arriving at the safari zone, Team Magma grunts are seen heading off to Mt. Pyre. Go there yourself or heal at the nearest Pokemon Center first (in this case, Lilycove City).

2. Once you're at Mt. Pyre, do not take the stairs. Instead, go west once you arrive at the tombstones part (on ground floor) and exit within the available door. This will take you at the side of the mountain where you need to climb up and witness Maxie snatch the Blue Orb from the two old people guarding the 2 orbs (Red and Blue).

3. The two will give you the Red Orb and you must travel to the Slateport City at the ferry terminal and, after that, the Magma Hideout just a short Surf from the east of Lilycove City. Infiltrate their hideout and challenge the Admin who is located with a shadow of a submarine beside him on the final room.

4. After defeating the Admin, the submarine will float away, with the Admin saying that you should find him within the vast ocean. You can now leave and the Wailmers (or Wailords?) blocking the path will now disappear.

5. Before going to Seafloor Cavern, you must defeat Mossdeep City's gym leaders Tate and Liza first. After defeating them, go to Steven's house just northeast from the Pokemon Center and get the HM08 (Dive). Teach it to a Pokemon then go to Route 127, search for a deep area and Dive. Find an entrance (probably located within Route 128 or still 127) and go there. Surface back using the B button then you have now arrived at Seafloor Cavern.

6. After completing the puzzles on Seafloor Cavern (and found the right tunnels to take), it will take you to a foggy area where Groudon resides. Be sure to heal your Pokemon since once you got in front of Groudon, Maxie will arrive and will challenge you to a final showdown. Defeat Maxie to advance.

7. After beating Maxie, his Blue Orb will grow and Groudon will be awake and will disappear. Maxie will get a call from the grunts outside stating that the sun is burning hot than they expected. Team Aqua will then appear accusing Maxie of all this blazing sun business.

8. After that, you can now properly go to Sootopolis City and stop all this trouble caused by Team Magma by defeating/ catching Groudon at the Cave of Origin. Steven is also there with Wallace.
