This is probably a dumb question, but I'll ask anyway. Lol. I heard that you can catch Jirachi when the rocket in Mossdeep launched 56 times. I am on launch 35 and I played for like 72hrs.
My friend has been playing for 158 hours and beta the Elite 4 like 10 times and I beat it only 2 or 3 times.
So what affects the number of launches? And I have a second question, I heard that the number of stars on trainer cards lets you go into space. How can I get more stars? I only have 1! Someone please help me!!

1.Completing the pokedex (catch 200)
2. Beat the Elite 4
3.Defeat all 70 Trainers. (need an E-reader for he last one)
