Question for Pokemon Ruby

Dose anyone know how to get registeel because I go to route 120 and then what do I do because my freind said "you go in to the middle of the cave and use fly I've tried that but it wont work

You're probably in the Scorched Slab. Go to the southern part of the route, head west, up the steps, through the grass, and into the monolith.

The registeel's cave has 6 rocks around it make sure your at it. It is in route 120 at the very south if the rock in the middle is not open then you have'nt unlock it yet,and yes you have to use fly at the middle.

First you have to select the brail then go to the middle and use fly.
