I have beaten all ranks on contests and stiil got one star on my trainer card
Plesae anyone help

Have you done all five contests on master rank? Have you done the Pokemon league? If you have then maybe you've got a glitch.

You should have acquired at least 25 hearts of appeal each time you won; it should cause the artist to ask you to put a picture up in the Museum. Obtain all five paintings and get the Glass Ornament from the Museum's curator to get a star.
