You need a Relicanth at the front of your party, and a Wailord in the sixth slot. You can a Relicanth in the seaweed underwater just outside Sootopolis city. To get a Wailord, get a Wailmer with a super rod anywhere in the sea and evolve it at level 40, or look around route 129 for a very rare wild Wailord. Then go to Pacifidlog town and surf west. Surf along the currents near the bottom and hopefully you'll find a small patch of clear water where you can dive. Dive down and keep moving downwards. Go around the big boulder and go in front of the braille writing(the dots on the wall). Resurface and go to the top of the room in front of the braille writing. Make sure you have a Pokemon that knows TM28 dig.(You can get this TM from the fossil maniacs little brother in Fallabor town.) Use dig and an opening in the wall will appear. Go inside and go to the top of the room. Make sure the Relicanth is in you first slot and the Wailord in your last, then press A on the braille writing. There will be a short earthquake and you will hear three doors open somewhere faraway. You have now unlocked the three legendary Pokemon, the Regis. Regirock is located inside a boulder near the bottom of the desert in Route 111. Go inside and go up to the braille writing. Walk down two steps then walk right three steps. Then use strength. An opening will appear in the wall. Go inside and catch Regirock. To get Regice, surf down route 105 and go past two long islands, surf up and you'll come to a small island with a cave. Go inside and go up to the writing at the top of the room. Press A on the writing, then press A again. Don't do anything now, just wait and an opening will eventually appear in the wall. Get Regice! Registeel can be found at the bottom of Route 119 in a large cave. Go inside and walk to the center tile of the room. Use fly and an opening will appear in the wall. Go inside and capture Registeel.
