Well go to Sootopolis and talk to Kiri, she will give you an Iapapa berry. Grow loads of them and get more of her each day, use them to make pokeblocks, I do it in Verdanturf, you will get high level yellow pokeblocks.
Enjoy. But yeah any berry that is Sour and yellow will give you just yellow blocks.
