Question for Pokemon Ruby

How do you get celbi or that other one because I need them to finish my pokedex I don't no if you need game shark or Ar.

You have to use ar to get celebi and you need to be a little bit more specific on the other one. Or you might be able to get a legit celebi from emerald i'm not sure.

You can only get Celebi or other Pokemon that don't appear in the game with an AR or GS, or trade with a friend that has FireRed and LeafGreen
