Question for Pokemon Ruby

I dont know how to get to the other regis in the cave in the desert.does anyone know how? Also I'm having trouble catching registeel. Any ideas?

1. Regirock's monolith is located at the southern end of the desert, right by where you get TM37 (Sandstorm). Walk in, select the inscription, walk two paces right and another two down, and then use Strength.

2. To get to Registeel, go to Route 120 and locate the Ruin Maniac. Go to the center of the chamber and use Fly. If you did that already, just organize your party with Ground, Fire, and Fighting Pokémon and be a little light on it. Ironically, it took me one Ultra Ball—while Registeel had more than 25 percent of its HP left—to snag it. Usually it takes a lot more!

1 - Regirock's cave is located at the south end of the desert, right were you find Sandstorm, TM37. Walk to the script, Walk two places right, another two down and use strength.
