Question for Pokemon Ruby

I have a few questions.

1.Where are all shiny pokemon other than green marill black zubat or red machop.

2. Which is the one you find on the moon? Jirachi or Deoxys?

3. People say that on mirage island you can find Deoxys. Is it true?

4. Is there a way with out gameshark or action replay to get eon ticket without nintendo tours or e reader?

5.When I caught my feebas he evolved without full beauty. Why?

1:What are you talkin about.All Pokemon have shiny form.

2:I heard that if you have Pokemon Ruby you will find Deoxys.

3:NO!I've been to mirage island.Where'd you here that!

1 - All Pokemon have a Shiny form, just very rare.
2 - You cannot obtain him, unless you have a Game Shark, Action Replay or attend a Nintendo Event.
3 - That is false.
4 - No, they didn't build any other options in. Sorry.
5 - He/She only needs to obtain 5 star in beauty contest and be loved.
