Can you caputer ditto in this game if so where can I find it hope anyone answer

You can't catch ditto on this game. The only way to get it it to trade it from Fire Red or Leaf Green.
I think you can use an action replay code but i'm not sure about catching it.
Ditto is only available through a cheat device or trading with fire red/ leaf green
Ditto isn't part of the Hoenn Pokedex, and therefore cannot be caught. To get Ditto, you must trade it from Pokemon Fire Red or Leaf Green.
You can find it in the dessert underpass (fossil maniac's house) after you beat the elite 4.
No, Ditto can not be captured on Pokemon ruby unless you have a gameshark or other cheat accessory
