How do I catch laitos in Pokemon ruby any help will be great

Latios appears randomly around the region. Wander around for a bit until you find him. It may take a while to get him but it will be worth it.
You catch Latios on a random route... Forget about it and resume playing as you normally would. You'll encounter it by accident. Make sure you're ready to catch a Lv. 40 Latios.
Just wach TV in any house and in one of the comercials someone will say there is a Pokemon flying arround Hoen or something and then will say these is the Pokemon or something like that. So now you can see where it is but it moves from place,to place.
It is only found in Pokemon shapire> but you can trade with another person.
You must use your Master Ball on Latios. If you used it, try having Golbat in the front of your team and make is use Mean Eye. That way Latios cannot escape.
if u found laitos in the wild but it fled check on the pokedex it shows where laitos is going
