No, it's made up i;ve tried it I had my ruby version for a long time and it's past 100 launches and the guy just says the same thing

I don't know if it is real or not,because my friend told me that if you get 56 launches you don't go to space you will here a sound upstairs.

Then when you go up there you will see deoxys destroying everything then you fight him.

But I'm not really sure though because I did not do it yet.
