Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hello i've started again and i'm trying a completely different team this time around so could some one tell me if this teams strong enough to beat the twins in mossdeep

Altaria Lv36: Aerial ace,Toxic,DragonBreath,Fly
Electrode Lv35: Rollout,Thunder Bolt,Spark,Selfdestruct
Loudred Lv35: Secret Power,Stomp,Strengh,Overheat
Gardevoir Lv35: Imprison,Calm Mind,Confusion,Psychic
Swampert Lv37: Bide,Mudshot,Take Down,Surf
Slot for any Pokemon anyone thinks needed.

Also any changes on move sets and Pokemon that you think would suit the gym more please tell me.

Not bad at all. I think that you should raise your Swampert's level up more though, because Surf will be very handy, it will attack both enemies at the same time with a super-effective attack! The last Pokemon in your team should maybe be another strong water with Surf, not a fighting or grass, as they are weak against Psychic moves. Dark moves are strong, if you raise up a strong Duskull or Banette, their moves will be super effective, except so will the enemies attacks against them, so be sure to attack first!

Level up your Pokemon till they learn all those good moves
