They are called shiny Pokemon and your chances of finding one are 1/8192.
It is all about luck so if your going to find one then good luck.
To get a Shiny Pokemon is very rare, your chances are low, but there is a code for AR to get them shiny
They are very rare. I found a Linoone with brown eyes but I killed it!
(Yeah I know, pretty stupid!) You can tell if it is like that because you will see some different colours and 'spark' flashes will flash off it. So just go around normally, in water, grass cave, or anywhere, you may run into one.
As I said, very rare to find one, post in on one of the forums the Pokemon and the strange colour it was. Have fun.
