What do i do - I'm in route 111 trying to get to route 122

I'm in route 111 trying to get to route 122 but a sandstorm keeps blocking my way saying it's impossible to go on. How do I get to route 122? Is there another way or do I need to go through the sandstorm

I believe you're talking about Route 111 and Route 112. You're at the point in the game where you can't explore the Desert Area yet. What you need to do is head west on Route 111 and find your way to Route 112. Route 112 should lead you to Lavaridge Town. Once you defeat the Lavaridge Gym, you should receive the Go-Goggles. The Go-Goggles allow you to explore the Desert Area on Route 111.

You get HM06 (Rock Smash) in Mauville City. You should be able to use it after you defeat the Mauville City Gym Leader.
