Question for Pokemon Ruby

I have a gueston for " Master of the Ghosts." When you get wobbafett does it need to be first in your party.

I think this is the 3rd time you have asked me! :-)
Well yes, if it isn't first then Latios/Latias wil just run away from whatever Pokemon you have at the start. You don't have to use Wobuffet, you could use a Diglett or Dugtrio, because they have a power like Shadow Tag , called Arena Trap, it works exactly the same by stopping anything from escaping. Then again, their ground attacks won't be much use against Latios/Latias because it is not on the Ground.
