Hi people! Few questions here,

Where do you find feebas and how do you evolve him/her?
Is there any way you can get Gorebyss without another game, cheat or AR?

Feebas can be found by fishing in the water part on the east of the Berry Master's House with the Super Rod. Try around route 119.
Yes, you trade Clamperl with the DeepseaScale, you could trade it with a friend, or take all your good Pokemon off that game and start again. There probably are cheats, hope you find them. Good luck.

There are 6 places to fish along Route 119. Where Feebas appears changes when you change the trendy phrase in Dewford Town.
And no about the Gorebyss question

You find feebass near the water near fortree city. You have to give feebass pokeblocks (BEAUTY ONLY!!!!) and then level it up one level. You can't get gorbyss any other way except for cheats or give clamperal a deepseascale and trade it to a friend. To answer your question, no.
