I got the regi trio and gruodon and I hav beaten the champion. What should I do?

If you haven't done so already, I would suggest capturing the Legendary Pokemon Rayquaza and Latios. Latios can be found roaming the Hoenn Region after you defeat the Elite Four. Rayquaza can be found in Spear Pillar. After catching them, there is not much left to do than try to complete the Pokedex.

If you have already beaten the Elite Four, Latios should be available to catch now. It should be wandering around the region in the waters. Other than that, I suggest try catching all of the Pokemon for the Hoenn pokedex.
