Question for Pokemon Ruby

He he, guess what I just remembered? That question I couldn't remember the other day, lol, don't worry, just my insanity playing up...

Anywayz, when I defeated the elite 4 and watched that particularly long bike ride, there was a bulletin on the tv at my house, it said something about a blue Pokemon sighted or something, but I was in a real hurry and didn't read it properly. Does anyone know what it was talking about?

It was talking about Latios. You'll find him on any of these routes, and its location changes each time yours changes: 110, 111, 117, 118, 119, 120, 121, 122, 123, 124, 125, 126, 127, 128, 129, 130, 131, 132, 133, or 134.

It we are talking about Latios. It is possible for you to find Latios randomly in the wild.

Glad you remembered what you were thinking! Lol. I certainly do know what the Tv meant, it was signalling the sight of Latios or Latias for Sapphire. You catch it randomly after you have beaten the Elite four, good luck.
Oh and I suggest using a Wobbuffet to help you catch it, evolve it from a Wynaut egg from an old woman in Lavaridge, I think that is the place.

The TV commercial was talking about Latios being spotted over various Hoenn regions, but you will not be able to know exactly where he is until you have come across him in the wild and you did not catch him. Once seen, check in your Pokedex towards the end and you will be able to check his location.

Hey collins I have ure answere wen you complete the pkm leuge, the legendary pkm latios is unleashed you ddnt find out anything important just walk around normally and if you are lucky it should pop up!
