How do you evolve feebas into milotic???

Simple. Feebas is one ugly little fish Pokemon, right? Of course, so to make it evolve you must max it's beauty out, then viola a beautiful Milotic, very powerful too.

You need to max out it's beauty using the right Pokeblock then raise it one level.
A lot of people have difficulty with this but I can tell you.
First get lots of berries that increase beauty when they are blended e.g. Wiki and Pamtre are best for it and then max out feebas' beauty to the full. Then grow it 1 more lvl and it will evolve. My Milotic is now lvl 100!

Feed it pokeblock things until it's at maximum beauty then raise it 1 level
You must feed Feebas Blue pokeblocks until he has maxed out beautyo,!(Watch out, it will take you a long time because:
A. It will take you a long time to make all pokeblocks so my suggestion is go to lilycove with 4 people doing the berries to do it quicker.
B. Not such a long time to max out beauty but a long time to raise it a level so I suppose a rare candy might help.. Hint hint hint?
So there you have it, max out his beauty and raise it a level.
What you need to do is give your Feebas a ton of blue or light blue poke'blocks until it can't take any more. If the spike that shows your poke'mon's condition is in the small blue circle, then all you have to do is get it to the next level. Do that and POOF, you have the most beautiful poke'mon ever.
You have to increase it's beauty level by feeding it Berry Blocks, when it has enough beauty added on to it's contest condition perimeter, then it will evolve.
You need to feed your Feebas blue Pokeblocks and get it's beauty as high as you can and then once you raise it to the next level it should evolve.
You need to raise up Feebas's beauty up by using berries
First get a ton of berries than you can turn into blue pokeblocks. Fly to lilycoves contest building and make some blocks. Feed them to feebas until it's beauty is maxed out. Then battle untill it levels up (may take a few levels sometimes). ENJOY!!!
you have to feed it those things that you use in the safarie zone but you have to look up how to make one that gives your feebas a lot of cuteness
