The fastest ways to hatch an egg is by walking around all the time. The rarer the Pokemon that will come out of the egg, the more steps you will have to take for it to hatch.

No. But a way I do it is by riding my bike from the verdanturf contest place to the two rock Smashable rocks near the winstrates house about 3-4 times. If they are not hatched by then, then it will only be a few more steps. Hope I helped!!!!!
