To travel to a differt city or town, you need HM Fly. HM02 (Fly) can be obtained from your Rival on Route 119. After you have taught HM Fly to one of your Pokemon, go into the Pokemon section of your Bag and click on that Pokemon. You should then have the option to Fly to a different city or town.
