Now listen I'm back and I got questions here we go: 1: were is relicanth..

I've only got answers to two of your questions.

1st,question number one.

1.) Relicanth is located underwater on routes 124,126,and127.
He is an extreamly rear POK'eMON because he is one of the links to the 3 regindary Pok'eMon.I would suggest using ultra balls,or dive balls,and you dont want to knock him out because that would be a waste of time. (It took me about 3 hours to find him.)

So careful not to knock him out, I'd use moves that arent strong against him, and try finishing the job with a false swipe(false swipe is an attack that never knocks out a pok'emon ,instead it leaves 1 H.P.) and then CAPTURE IT!

O.K., now as for questin number two.

2.)To defeat the four, you should raise your Salamence,Swampert,and Groudon a few levels higher for a posity atmosphere.
Next,you should raise Wailord to level 50 or until it learns Water Spout.
And,If i were you i would deposite that Medicham,and raise a nice ice pok'emon,because believe me your gonna need one!

--TRAINER TIP--
you should keep a balance of different types of pok'emon,
because unlike gym leaders(wich i might add arent real players),
you will battle pok'emon of all different types.

--HELPFULL TIP--
Dont forget in every pok'emon version,there is a very strong competative champion that awaits you after you defeath the elite four,and as for saphire and ruby, the champion is STEVE.

--Stradigy Tip--
To raise your pok'emon to higher levels,
you should give Exp.Share to the ones you want to raise and battle the Pok'eMon league over and over again till they are strong enough for you.
(i use that and it works alot!)
