Clear Master Rank Contests with five or more hearts of appeal.

You have to beat each Pokemon contest in lily cove (after you beat the others) and you will get a painting for each one(cute, cool, smart, beauty, tough). Then you get a star wen you beat each one and you get a decoration for your secret base.

You win a master rank contest and then talk to the guy that paints the portrats. I have 1 so far. I think it's random.

It isn't simple. You have to beat the master rank Pokemon contest in all of the catagories. Talk to the artist every time you win, and he should say you "inspired" him. Go to the gallery, and you will see different blank pages filled depending on what you won.

Go to master rank contest and win but ***You have to kick but as in get at least 6 hearts in each like a did*** oh and you'll get an extra ribbon at the art gallery

Win the Master Rank of every type of Pokemon contest. The guy will talk to you and say that your Pokemon inspired him to paint better than he usually does, he will ask you if the museum really is looking for art. Click yes and he will leave the building then go to the museum and enter the second floor and it will be there.
