It's Crossy again...

1. Bagon should evolve at level 25 or so (I'm not really sure, as my Bagon evolved at the level after the one on which I captured it), and Shelgon should evolve into Salamence on level 50 whilst trying to learn Fly.

2. Timer Balls should be available at the Rustboro Poké Mart. You can also get one from the Trick Master by completing the second challenge.

3. As I have seen in numerous submissions on this site, Action Replay is an equivalent of Gameshark in that it is a module that enters its own data into your game data to enhance it. However, I do not own one nor trust these modules anymore after some particularly nasty experiences with Gameshark.

Bagon evolves on level 28.
Eon Ticket allows you to catch the second legendary bird... Nintendo Event, Game Shark or Action Replay.
In the wild.
Action Replay is a cheating device, cheaters use.
