Question for Pokemon Ruby

Fluffychicken, help please where do you surf from after typing in or Mirage Island AR code ?
P.S if there are any more details to getting there and not just surfing please tell me i`m really stuck.

Well i'm no fluffychicken, lol, but I know that mirage island, which I wish would just appear for me! Is on the West of Pacifilog town, the one where there is an old man that says; I can see it. You know what I mean, the one floating on water, mirage island has some very rare berries on, so i've heard, so make sure you get EVERYTHING from it that you can, you may regret it later. Good luck.
