Question for Pokemon Ruby

1: Where do you get grimer ( it is in the game cause I battled someone with a Muk, grimer's evelution )?

2: How come only 2 of my pokemons pics will go in the art museum?

You get grimer in firey path (he's hard to find.)

To get your pokemon's picture in hte museum you have to win all master rank contests with different pokemon but it wont always put your picture in only some times because when I beat the master rank cool with magneton it didnt work.
