I can only answer 1.
1. You get one from Team Magma's/Aqua's base, the Lilycove Department, use an AR (action replay), or trade Pokemon from another game holding a master ball.

1. In the Lilycove mart, there is a Lottery. When you have all of your ID numbers correct you get a masterball.

2. You can find them in the Shoal Cave, You can only find them when it's ebb!!!

3. You can only find him in Sapphire! If you have Sapphire go to Cave Of Origin, Granite Cave, It's on route 106, Ever Grande City, the lower part and in the Sky Pillar.

Hope I've helped, Greetz TimmieJ_NL.

1. Master Balls can only be obtained by winning the lottery by a random chance, or one can be found in the team Magma hideout. There are no other ways to obtain them.
2.Shoal Salt and Shoal Shells can be obtained in the Shoal Cave. Shoal Salt is available from 6pm-12am or from 6am-12pm. Shoal Salts can be find during the opposite times. I apologise if I got the times mixed up.
3. Sableye is only available to Ruby via AR or by trading with Sapphire version

1. You can only obtain another master ball by winning the lottery. Your chances are slim to none, so I guess you may just be stuck with the one you get in Team Magma's base.

2. At the Shoal Cave (north of Mossdeep), you can get shoal salt and something else...Shoal shell, I think, but don't take my word for it. Anyway, you can get the salt at the opposite time you get the shell. When the tide is low or high, I can't remember...It's been a long time since I played last. So, if you get the shell at 8 AM, you can get the salt at 8 PM.

3. You can't find a Sableye in Ruby. You can only get it by trading with Sapphire or trading with Colosseum that traded with Sapphire (that's how I got mine).

Hope I helped!
